Our Mission is to provide fellowship and good food to our neighbors who are in need of friendship during this Thanksgiving holiday.

It is our intent to serve as God's loving arms to embrace our neighbors, to celebrate our blessings together, and to be an example of His love.

Serving over 1/2 ton of food, with 250+ volunteers, and donating 100% of any leftover food and supplies to the Soup Kitchen, or church partners.

The Mooresville Community Thanksgiving Meal requires many volunteers. These positions are filled on a first come, first served basis. Volunteers are needed Wednesday, November 25, 2008 and Thursday, November 26, 2008. The link below will connect you to the volunteer sign-up page.

We ask that you PLEASE try to be reasonably certain you will be able to help at the specific date and time before registering to volunteer.

If something comes up and you will not be available to help on the specified date and time you signed up for, please email the volunteer center as soon as possible at Volunteers@MooresvilleThanksgiving.org.

Volunteers will be contacted prior to the event to remind them of their commitment and to verify their availability.

Please note that all volunteer positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The availability and job functions are also subject to change without notice.

Also note that, due to safety regulations, children under the age of 14 are not permitted to volunteer during the dinner preparation and serving. However, we welcome their participation the day before, delivering meals, or helping with clean up beginning at 2:00.

Only those positions still available
will be visible on the sign-up page.
